Room Facilities

All rooms are ensuite with Colour Television, CD/Radio/Clock, Hairdryer and Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Breakfast

Breakfast includes fresh baked bread, fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juices and a full cooked breakfast or fish.

Children

The Hotel is not suitable for young children. Older well-behaved children are very welcome at the Willowburn, but we do insist they remain seated at the table during meal times, and at all other times are kept under parental supervision - this is out of respect for fellow guests and out of concern for your child's safety. 

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome too, free of charge, and as with children we request they are kept under control at all times. 

Reservations

We ask that all bookings are confirmed in writing (letter or email) with a deposit of £50 per person paid by cheque or by credit card.  Credit cards will not be debited at the time of booking, but cancellation charges will be applied as below if necessary.

Cancellation Charges

We regret having to enforce cancellation charges, but we can no longer hold bookings in good faith only to suffer non-arrival.  In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or non-arrival, bookings will be charged the full tariff for the first night, and 50% for subsequent nights.  We will make every effort to re-let the rooms, and if we are able to do so, then no charge will be made.

Payment of account can be made by cash, switch, mastercard, visa, sterling travellers cheques, or by personal cheque supported by a bank guarantee card.

We recommend that you take holiday insurance to cover all eventualities
